Beautiful Rattan Entryway Setup with Blue Accents and Layered Decor
A warm and inviting entryway styled with natural textures, soft blue tones, and quiet designer details that feel both effortless and elevated.
For all the coastal lovers out there, this entryway is a treat for the eyes! I’ve leaned into the color of summer—blue—and played with various shades to show you how sticking to a single color family can still feel rich, curated, and designer. From soft sky tones to deeper accents, this layered look is all about warmth, calm, and quiet detail.
The Thoughts Behind the Look
I wanted to create a coastal-organic look, and of course, I had to start with a major rattan moment. This woven rattan console table sets the perfect foundation for a breezy, coastal-inspired entryway—it’s textural, warm, and feels instantly inviting.
I fell in love with this table lamp featuring a scalloped shade and the most beautiful sky-blue base. It felt a bit petite for the table, so I propped it up on a stack of books for height and interest. The layered artwork above the console has a light wood frame—something coastal decor does so well with its love for airy, relaxed tones.
To round out the styling, I added a textured vase that complements both the rattan and the soft blue accents. You’ll spot little touches of blue throughout—from the boxes on the console to the throw blanket on the ottomans, which are breathable and light—just what a summer-ready coastal look calls for.
